Returns or Product Issues

If you experience a problem with a product or shipment or need to make a return, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery of your item.  It’s best for you to returns the item in new, unopened condition.  Used items will be inspected and charged a restocking fee based on the condition of the item.  

 

Defective Items or Items that Cannot be Returned in New, Unopened Condition

For defective items or items that cannot be returned in new, unopened condition please contact us directly by going to the Seller Help section and clicking on Contact Customer Service. Send a message that includes your order number, product name, date purchased, and details regarding the problem with the item or the reason the item  needs to be returned or exchanged.  We will promptly reply with the next steps for returning the item or resolving the issue.
